Everything runs by email, straight to the physician-researcher. Click a button below: your own email program opens with a message already filled in with the questions we need. Add what you want to share, leave out what you would rather not, and send it.

The email contains a short list: your age, the month of your diagnosis and how we can reach you. We call you within a week. Getting in touch commits you to nothing.
